MJA has worked with Flutter to shape Play Bigger, a multi-stage leadership journey for senior talent designed around a simple premise: development should be consequential.
Across a series of Bootcamps, participants work on personal leadership, curiosity, talent, human capability and category thinking while also taking responsibility for live enterprise Human Challenges. These create the bridge between insight and action: participants must make sense of ambiguous issues, work across boundaries, build a point of view, influence others and convert learning into choices and commitments.
The design blends senior-leader involvement, external thinkers, coached reflection, team-based challenge work and project playbacks.
Rather than treating the programme and the business as separate worlds, the Bootcamps use real work as the medium for development — repeatedly asking participants not simply what they know, but what they are prepared to do differently, individually, collectively and for the enterprise.
