Collaborative Learning

We design and facilitate Communities of Practice and Enterprise Action Labs within which people with a common purpose can talk, think and act together in order to create change in the world and in themselves.

Our communities and labs are social structures where development occurs in the interplay between real work, group interaction, and personal learning.

As a result of their participation people report being more willing to put themselves in challenging situations, to remain calm in the face of difficulty, to be open to learning and feedback, and to make more time to reflect.
